About your Transfers
Wherever you go around the world, it can always take time to find a taxi or to arrange the time to leave from where you are to get an appointment. For example, it can be challenging in Istanbul to find a cab during rush hour and more importantly, if you don’t know what time to leave for your appointment, you can be stuck in traffic for more than an hour.
For these reasons, we don’t want you to be stressed out. Therefore, the moment you land in Turkey, one of our dedicated team members will greet you at the airport with a sign and take you to your hotel. Our team will inform you about your departure time for your appointment at the hospital the next day. Also, you will receive a confirmation message about your departure time and transfer.
When it is time to leave the hospital and go back to your hotel for some rest, our transfer team will be waiting for you in front of the hospital to take you back.
Lastly, when it is time to say goodbye and take you back to the airport for your flight back home, our team will message you for the departure time from the hotel the night before and will be there the next day to take you to the airport.

We know and understand that it can be an intimidating thought to come and have an operation in a different country. But rest assured, you are in safe and capable hands. Still, you might have questions in your head that you want to ask your doctor face to face or rather much simpler questions like “where can I go to eat after my operation?” To answer all your questions and help you inside the hospital, you will be accompanied by one of our patient assistant team members, who will be with you at all times.
More importantly, we know that the language barrier can be frustrating, and even though doctors and nurses speak English, you might want to speak in your native tongue to articulate your questions better, and that is why our team member who will be with you at the hospital will be appointed to you according to your preferred language.
What About Insurance?
As we are a Health Tourism Agency certified by the Turkish Ministry of Health, we only work with certified hospitals and doctors. More importantly, we work with hospitals and clinics which are JCI accredited and use FDA-approved equipment. We act as the facilitator between you, the patient, and the hospital and help you get the treatment you need. Also, as a facilitator, we offer you an insurance option that covers the expenses in the case of a complication. This is an additional service in our package deals to make you as comfortable as possible and put your mind at ease.
How much will this package cost me?
You are unique, and the treatment you will receive is bespoke to you. In most cases, even though the name of the treatment you have to get may be clear to you, how that treatment will be carried out depends on your doctor and the complexity of the operation. Subsequent to your consultation, our team will contact you about what your doctor recommended. After that, our team will inform you about how long you need to stay in Turkey, your recovery process, how to proceed and prepare for the treatment, and the cost of your trip to Turkey. The package price proposal will include everything listed above, and once you’re in Turkey, you will not be charged any hidden costs. Although, if you’d like to benefit from our other services whilst in Turkey, such as Day tours or Bosphorus boat tours, they will be charged separately from your medical proposal.
