PRK-LASIK provides superficial treatment in the cornea. With the PRK technique and with the help of spatula or alcohol, the corneal epithelium is removed and laser is applied to the underlying stroma with the LASEK technique. It is accepted as one of the best standards for myopia and hyperopia surgeries all over the world and is used safely.   Intralase LASIK (iLASIK) is the most advanced method of laser treatment of laser refractive errors and is safer than other treatment methods. In the management of computer-controlled systems, the incision required for LASIK is made with a laser.

With this method, a person’s corneal map can be mapped and personalised treatment can be performed. The patient can avoid using glasses.

RELEX /SMILE LASER

It is a laser technology method that provides the opportunity to be treated up to -10 in myopia and up to -5 in astigmatism with the personalized bladeless SMILE laser method in the treatment of myopia and astigmatism. It is a suitable treatment method for athletes and occupational groups who are at risk of being exposed to impact and pressure.

TREATMENT PHASE

With Zeiss Visumax Femtosecond technology, a thin disc-shaped tissue is created in the front layer of the eye (cornea) in one step, and this tissue pulls it out of the cornea through the 2.0 mm opening in the cornea. There is no need to cut any valves. As a result of removing the lenticular (tissue) formed in the eye, the shape of the cornea is changed and the refractive error in the eye is corrected. Since no flap is created, corneal biomechanics is less affected.

NO-TOUCH LASER

With No-Touch Smart Laser treatment, it is a personalized non-contact laser made using the wavefront principle and iris identification technology in the treatment of myopia and astigmatism, and it is made without touching the eye. The colloquial name of this method is drawing eyes. With iris recognition, the rotation of the eye in its own axis can be calculated and this method enables us to treat astigmatism in the most accurate axis. 

TREATMENT PHASE

As with other laser treatment methods, it is a painless method performed only under drop anesthesia. Laser surgery is performed by direct contact of the rays coming out of the laser device to the eye. Unlike the Lasik method, there is no need to remove a thin membrane as in the Lasik method. For this reason, it is preferred especially in those who do sports with heavy and risky trauma. The application is made on both eyes in the same session. Laser surgery is applied for the treatment of astigmatism and myopia.

I-LASIC LASER

It is a bladeless laser application and is completely personal. Everything is done on the basis of personal opinion quality.

TREATMENT STAGE

At the first stage of the application, a personal view profile is prepared with our state-of-the-art devices.

This technology creates a 3D map of your visual defects. Then, the digital information obtained from this map is used with a personalized treatment process. The program is determined by evaluating the image obtained in the retina layer by sending a light beam to the eye. After the evaluation with special Wavefront analyzers, the operation decision is made.

Measurements are performed in a sitting position, while the operation is performed in a lying position. After the operation, a protective lens is placed on the eyes and conditions such as stinging, redness, discomfort from the light and blurry vision of small texts on the TV may occur for 36 hours. Vision becomes clear in 10 days. It is painful and uncomfortable for about 2-4 days after the operation.

PRK (Photorefraktif Keratektomi)

It is a corrective treatment method for refractive errors.

TREATMENT PHASE

In this treatment, a thin layer (flap) is not created with an incision in the cornea and the laser starts directly from the outer surface. PRK operation is the process of applying Excimer Laser to the underlying tissue by stripping the thin living tissue called epithelium at the top of the cornea. At the end of the operation, transparent and unnumbered contact lenses are placed on the eye for a few days to protect the corneal surface. After the operation, it is painful and uncomfortable for about 2-4 days, and the process of gaining good vision may take up to 3-4 weeks.
